As the Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff, Nicholas (Nic) Harcourt-Baldwin brings over 15 years鈥� experience in operations, finance, and management across the wholesale, retail, and property sectors, and as a business founder himself. A seasoned business executive Nic acts as a strategic partner to the CEO.
He believes in the power of uniting teams and processes across all organisational levels to drive not just efficiency but also commercial longevity.
