General Manager, Partnerships & International at , Aruna has worked in international community development, commercial leadership development and social enterprise for many years.
Aruna spent four years in India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka where she capacity-built local community organisations, social entrepreneurs, STEM professionals and students by providing training, frameworks, mentorship and connections in design thinking and best-practice community development.
With a local youth hub, Aruna also co-founded a tech start-up that tracked pollution levels in Indian cities, collecting data that was used by citizen groups to advocate to their local governments for safer air and water quality.
